The Boy Scouts monitor weather hourly; if severe weather is present, they will sound their alarm system or come and notify each unit group to come to the basement of the dining hall.

Can campers bring cell phones and other electronics to Servant Camp?
No, we ask that campers leave their phones and other devices at home. Junior Staff can use phones as timepieces and cameras.

What if a camper gets sick while at Servant Camp?
Campers will be well cared for by our M.D, Paul Zenker, and our RN, Lynn Bahta.

Is it ok if a camper brings extra food to Servant Camp in case they get hungry?
At Servant Camp, we keep the food out of our sleeping quarters and suitcases, in case there are animals nearby. Campers don’t need to bring extra food; snacks are provided. If food is brought, the counselor will keep it in a place safe from animals and provide a time for the camper to share it will the rest of the group.

My unit is going on a bike trip. Where should I bring my bike?
Bring your bike with you to Servant Camp; we will transport it to the bike trail. (In years past, we had campers leave their bikes in Cannon Falls.)
